Webcasting

We have an in-house team handling most of our webcast, but we just need help with one part of the process. Do we need to purchase an entire package of services?

How far do you travel for webcasting jobs?

The majority of our work takes place in the Greater New York City area (NY/NJ/CT). That said, we often travel around the country to webcast large events. While we haven’t been working internationally, we are certainly open to discussing relevant opportunities abroad.

 

Hosting

What do your hosting packages include?

Our basic hosting package ($60/month) includes 10 GB of media delivery, 10 GB of media storage, use of the playlist builder tool, and access to the Zeitbyte content management system (CMS) for file transfer, media management, and analytics.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Depending on the type of job, we accept major credit cards, checks, and automatic payments/transfers.
