Waddle like penguins, stretch like seals, and roam like polar bears in this chilly but heart-warming family yoga class. Together we’ll explore “Penguin” Squats, “Polar Bear” Planks, and “Seal” Cobras. Families will enjoy an arctic animal movement game, hear a short polar adventure story, and create a frosty art project to bring home. These family yoga events are proudly sponsored by Sanctuary Power Yoga, a welcoming community studio in Torrington. Sanctuary offers classes for all ages and levels and is excited to host these special parent-child sessions that blend movement, mindfulness, and creativity. This session welcomes kids and their caregivers to move, breathe, and create side by side. No yoga experience needed—just a sense of play and togetherness.
