Bernard A. Drew is the author of thirty local history books and the bi-weekly "Our Berkshires" column in the Berkshire Eagle. His book Henry Knox and the Revolutionary War Trail in Western Massachusetts (McFarland, 2012) closely examines the cannon caravan that traversed Western Massachusetts from Alford to Otis in January 1776.
