This group focuses on DBT skills for young adults including mindfulness, emotion regulation, wise mind and interpersonal effectiveness as well as best practices in suicide prevention and alternatives to self harm, peer support and building healthy relationships. Young adults also discuss topics such as planning future goals, managing a job and high school and college related stressors, and emerging adulthood. This summer art projects will focus on fashion design including stencils and spray paint and tie dying t-shirts, jewelry making, fuse bead key chains, resin coasters and more.
