Let’s celebrate the arrival of beach plums! Beach plums are grown in sandy soils and are typically seen on beach dunes along the East Coast. Given the Farm’s proximity to the shore and our sandy soils, beach plums grow well at the Farm. During this hands-on experience participants will learn to make their own beach plum jam, including harvesting from the Farm’s own plants.
