Under Morton's leadership, CLA emphasizes individual work with native teachers and trains artists in lyric diction, musical style, and spoken language, aiming to inspire artistic potential in emerging opera talents.
Students and faculty members will present staged opera scenes at the Adams Theater during CLA’s Berkshire residency, which is devoted to mastering the artistry of Mozart’s Italian Operas.
