All Ages
Join us for this fun, intergenerational dance workshop. Participants will be led through movement activities to create mini dance studies in response to several works from the 2025 Sculpture at The Mount exhibition. This workshop will deepen participants’ experience of the sculptures and the natural surrounding environment through playful movement-generating activities. We will begin with a gentle warm up, progress to exploring the sculptures through group movement improvisations and finally putting it all together to create dances. All are welcome, all families, all bodies, all abilities, ages 5-100 years old. No dance experience necessary.
This program is for children and adults of all ages. Youth participants must be accompanied by their grownups.
