In partnership with Operation Unite NY, Kuumba Kids invites young people to explore African culture through drumming, dance, crafts, and literacy. This weekly workshop encourages kids to move their bodies, expand their skills, and make new friends through creativity and collaboration. Participants will experience traditional African dance and music, learning movement and expression that connect them to a vibrant cultural legacy.
