Sharing the Fire Theater Workshop: Stories to Light up the Season!

About

In this workshop children ages 6-14 in will act out the story of Trickster Coyote Shares The Fire: A Native American Trickster Tale from the Plains Indians. Children will play various dramatic roles of cunning coyotes, dancing fire spirits, frogs, eagles, mountains and more! They will help Trickster Coyote to rescue fire from the evil selfish fire beings. Other stories of fire will come to light and be celebrated: Songs and dances honoring the winter solstice, Chanukah and more will celebrate the magical light and welcome warmth within winter! Join us on Salisbury Central School's next half day!
