Join us and certified yoga instructor, Sebastian Merrill, as we explore movement and fun inspired by picture books! Children will be invited to practice foundational yoga poses and breathing exercises. Class will be geared towards ages 3–6, but parents and siblings are welcome. Participants are encouraged to attend Storytime following to stretch both their bodies and minds.
Once participants check in at the Front Desk, they will meet Sebastian in Bobbie’s Meadow, and in the event of inclement weather, the Auditorium. Guests are welcome to bring water, sunscreen, or a yoga mat! The Carle will also have additional yoga mats to borrow.
