Montague Retreat Center

177 Ripley Road, Montague, MA 01351

About

From its settlement in 1798 as a rugged New England farm, to the illustrious Montague Farm commune (1968-2002), to Zen Peacemakers (2002-2011), 177 Ripley Road seems to inspire magic. Its legacy is multifaceted: community building, spirituality, art, environmentalism, and activism. Montague Retreat Center's mission is to extend that legacy by making this unique place available to the public for weddings, private functions, workshops, cultural events, and overnight retreats. The Great Hall, our stunning, geothermal assembly space, is currently available for day or evening use and our tented stone patio is perfect for large functions. We also offer on-site accommodations to our Retreat Center guests.
