This class is outdoors! We use hammock-like swings suspended from trees to promote new kinds of stretching and movement–even upside down, for those who wish. Practice yoga with the cedars, the summer sky, the morning birds…. If there’s a sprinkle, we will stay outside. In case of heavy rain, Aerial converts to an indoor mat-based class.
