Combining her culinary and therapeutic expertise, Flora Lazar’s pastry and chocolate making workshops bring together mindfulness principles and French culinary discipline to offer participants a chance to enjoy a focused, meditative, sensory experience and a cultivation of bodily awareness while creating delicious French confections. These chocolates are rich in cocoa butter, creamier, smoother, more intense and less sweet than typical chocolate.
At the end of the workshop, participants will leave with their own beautiful hand-made confections to take home and share.
