Whether you are brand new to yoga, or a regular practitioner, we have a spot for you. Two different yoga classes will be offered in our Community Room. We will be using the online yoga classes provided through DoYogaWithMe, a wonderful resource based in Canada. They have graciously allowed us to use their teaching platform to provide free community classes.
There will be a staff member present to help assist and guide patrons who may have questions.
