St. Paddy's Day In The Berkshires

Saint Patrick’s Day is technically a day to honor Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland and to acknowledge the arrival of Christianity in Ireland. However, the mention of St. Paddy’s Day usually conjures up connotations of green beer, mischievous leprechauns, and corned beef and cabbage. It is a day when anyone can wear shirts that say Kiss Me, I’m Irish, for it is typically a day full of celebrations and good cheer. Here in the Berkshires, there is a great sense of community as people come together to revel in anything Irish. 

Below are the top things to do to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day in the Berkshires for 2026: 

March 8th: Route 8 Pub: Good Trouble String Band. Folk, Americana & Irish/Celtic

Guitar, bass, violin,mandolin and banjo along with melodic ‘sister harmonies’ from Deb and Elaine

March 14th: Woodlife Farm Market: Live Music-joe Adee & The Lug Nuts for St Paddy's. Features Joe Adee and The Lug Nuts with tastings from Roe Jan Brewing and Little Apple Cidery, running from 2 pm to 5 pm.

March 14th: Ancient Order of Hibernians Hall: Albany St Patrick's Day Parade. Scoil Rince Bréifne Ó Ruairc will be celebrating Irish heritage marching in the Albany St Patrick’s Day Parade!

March 14th: Elks Lodge: Irish American Club St Patrick's Day Dinner. Entertainment will include: The Breifne O Ruairc School of Irish Dance, MELISSA BRINTON Irish Ballads and Folk Music, and with Mary Brinton on bagpipes.

March 15th: Bousquet:  St. Paddy's Day Party. Spring skiing just got a little more festive.
